UCI Policies for Reservists, Active Duty and Veterans

UCI offers a Housing Guarantee and Priority Registration for all veterans, reservists and active duty service members no matter how long ago they served.

Housing Guarantee

As of April 1, 2011:

*Housing Guarantee for Veterans, Reservists (including National Guard) and Active Duty Service Members.*

Eligible service members, reservists, and veterans are guaranteed an offer of on-campus housing for four years or Normal Time To Degree (whichever is greater). The housing guarantee applies to both eligible students who are single and those with families. The housing guarantee will remain in place if a degree program is interrupted by a deployment. Service members should register with UCI Veterans Services Office in order for your eligibility status to be confirmed. If you are already receiving GI Bill Benefits then you are already registered. <<more>>
